The truffles in this collection include: Black Bear, Brown Bear, Mountain Avens, Angler's Breakfast, Qiviut, Midnight Sun, Permafrost, and Summer Harvest.
Black Bear: Soft dark chocolate center, covered with 54.5% cacao semisweet dark chocolate, and rolled in dark chocolate nibs.
Brown Bear: Milk chocolate center, dipped in creamy 33.6% cacao milk chocolate, and rolled in milk chocolate nibs.
Mountain Avens: Rich white chocolate citrus blossom ganache, with a 28% cacao white chocolate shell, and dusted with cool powdered lemon sugar.
Qiviut: Milk chocolate blended with peanut flour, coated in 33.6% cacao milk chocolate, and rolled in peanuts that have been candied and crushed.
Angler's Breakfast: Rich dark chocolate blended with dark roasted coffee beans. It is then dipped in 54.5% cacao semisweet dark chocolate and surrounded with powdered sugar that has been blended with grounded coffee beans.
Midnight Sun: The sweet yet tart flavor of blood orange, pared with 54.5% cacao semisweet dark chocolate, and covered with sweet, candied orange peels.
Permafrost: Dark chocolate center combined with smooth, crisp mint, enrobed in semisweet 54.5% dark chocolate, and coated with mint chocolate.
Summer's Harvest: Milk chocolate and raspberry blended perfectly, coated in 28% cacao white chocolate and rolled sweet, freeze-dried raspberries.
