HTC’s mission is to bring joy, levity, and a means to get away through deliciously simple chocolate confections.

Son of the owner of “Tundra Chocolates”, in Anchorage and Wasilla from 1980 to 1992, I am no stranger to chocolate. Growing up with direct access to a chocolate shop made for some amazing memories that I hope to pass on to the next generation of chocolate enthusiasts.

My passion is driven by my desire to create enjoyable experiences through “complex simplicity”; simple flavors with complex profiles. Aside from a LOT of self-teaching through trial and error, I have also been fortunate enough to get various training in the world of chocolate by renowned chocolatiers Melissa Coppel, Alexandre Bordeaux, and Mathieu Dierinck.

HTC was founded in 2017, and has already gone through many evolutions in its quest to best serve its Chocolovers.

HTC is currently fueled by a desire to go back to basics, and strives to provide chocolate products that are perfectly simple, handmade or handcrafted, and full of flavor. With their deliciously imperfect outer shells, encasing light and airy centers, HTC truffles stand apart from the current trend of perfectly molded bonbons. Indeed, each piece should be enjoyed slowly and with attention.
