Ruby chocolate is first chocolate discovery in more than 80 years, and is the 4th chocolate after Dark, Milk, and White. No added coloring or flavoring. It is naturally dark pink in color and has fruity, sour/sweet flavor with dairy notes. Truly rich and decadent. Enjoyed best is its purest form.
