Made with 54.3% semisweet dark chocolate, this bar is infused with butter rum, and finished with Alaskan sea salt, hand harvested from Sitka waters and Alder wood smoked.

Named after the Dane explorer Vitus Bering, who was the first European to discover Alaska by traveling from the Pacific to Arctic Oceans via what is now known as the Bering Straight. His name is attributed to many parts of Alaska, the most known of which is the Bering Sea.
Each bar is made from our custom made molds and showcases the Homer Truffle Company logo, illustrated by local artist Dan Coe, in beautiful detail.
